Orchidology has a loyalty program for customers who have been regular buyers or have become site members, becoming a site memeber and purchasing products will earn you points as detailed below, once a sufficient number of points (2000) has been reached you will gain a discount (10%) which applies to future purchases, you must be logged in on the website to gain access to the dicounts, options for logging in can be found on the checkout menu when you wish to pay for your cart, you will also be able to see your current amount of points there aswell. Please note that these discounts only apply to orders placed on the website itself, not to whatsapp or email sales. Members will also be able to use their loyalty discounts at an Orchidology nursery openday.
